Your WIOA account is active but you can't sign in through Login.gov.
First, there are two separate accounts involved. Your email address from the WIOA account needs to be in both accounts.
1. WIOA Portal
2. Login.gov
You must add your WIOA account email address to your Login.gov profile. Once your active WIOA account email address is in both accounts, you will enter your WIOA email address to sign into WIOA through Login.gov.
