Scenario 1: My WIOA portal account is blocked.
Scenario 2: I already have a Login.gov or Ed.gov account and I'm logging into the WIOA portal for the first time with that account.
Scenario 3: My WIOA portal account is active, I have a Login.gov or Ed.gov account and I have already successfully logged into the WIOA State Plan Portal via the secure login feature.

Scenario 1: My WIOA portal account is blocked.
- Submit a request to unblock your account from the WIOA help desk.
- After you have received an email confirmation that your account is unblocked, within 48 hours, open the WIOA State Plan Portal and select “Login.”
Scenario 2: I already have a Login.gov or Ed.gov account and I'm logging into the WIOA portal for the first time with that account.
- Open the WIOA State Plan Portal and select “Login.”
- Navigate through the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Notice and accept them. You will be redirected to the secure login page.
- On the Department of Education Sign-in page, select the appropriate option.
- Sign in with Login.gov
- Department of Education Account
- Login with your credentials and you will be redirected to the WIOA State Plan Portal.
