If you need any help using your Department of Education account (an email ending in ed.gov) to access the WIOA portal, you must get help through the Department of Education instead of the WIOA portal.
Reach out to the Department of Education help desk by:
- Submitting a ticket through the OCIO’s Self-Service Portal
- Calling 202-708-HELP (4357) or 1-877-603-4188 (toll-free), and pressing Option 2 for IT support
- Sending an email to OCIOEnterpriseHelpDesk@ed.gov
- Accessing the Department of Education resources page
