The CareerSource Florida Board is the designated state workforce board. WIOA categories of board members are described below:

WIOA Section 101 (b)(1)(A): The Governor ( or designee) - Rick Scott

WIOA Section 101(b)(1)(B): Representatives of State Legislature- Representative Frank Artilles, Representative Elizabeth Porter, Senator Bill Montford

WIOA Section 101(b)(1) (C) (iii): Representatives of local government Commissioner Brian Nelson, second chief local elected expected to be appointed by February 2017. See Action Plan for more information on this item.
