The Resources page provides help through instructional job aids when you get stuck using the portal. To open the Resources page, select Resources on the secondary menu.
Search
The Resources search does not search plan content. It searches job aids and resource pages for key words in the title, body or tag. Each job aid is also tagged with topics, such as "Account/Profile" or "Change status."
To search for a job aid, enter a word or short phrase in the search box and select 'Search.'
Search Results Page
On the search results page, open the job aid by selecting its title link.
To narrow the results, select topics in the Filter Results box. The number of job aids in your search containing those tags is indicated next to each term.
Tags
Each job aid displays its related topics as a word or phrase in a tag.
- Select a tag within one of the results to create a new search for all job aids with that tag.
- The Tag Cloud, appearing at the bottom of the search results page, displays all existing tag topics. Selecting a tag from the cloud creates a new search for all job aids containing that tag.
- Any time you are reviewing a job aid, you can select one of its tags to view a list of all job aids containing that tag.

Select the Policy Guidance and WIOA State Plan Technical Assistance buttons in the middle of the page to view these pages.
Table of Contents View
The WIOA Portal Job Aid Table of Contents displays expandable categories of job aids and resource links in the portal. Expand the category heading to view the job aids in a list. Select the link to view the page.
