This video demonstrates how to modify a narrative.
From the 'My Plans' view, select the state plan name. Within your plan, navigate to the section [marked Section in Draft that requires modifying] by selecting the arrow next to the section status. In the section view, locate the narrative you want to edit. Note the narrative is in 'Draft' status.
Select the narrative and select 'Edit.' On the Edit Narrative page, navigate to the 'Enter Narrative' field. Enter your text.
We will demonstrate adding an image. Select the image icon in the menu. Select 'Choose File.' Locate your file, and select 'Open.' Don't forget to enter alternative text, which describes your image. Select 'Save' and your image is now part of the content.
When finished editing your narrative, you could change the status below the Edit field. However, first we're going to select 'Save.'
After you review your saved content, below the narrative, expand 'Change the status of this Narrative.' Here you'll see the current narrative status and a brief description of available status change options. In this case, we will select the option to 'Update the status to 'Complete'.
Select the checkbox, and select 'Make this Change.' Success!
Select the name of the section to return to the section view. You will see the narrative status has changed to 'Complete.'
To edit other narratives, select the narrative, change the status to draft, and repeat the edit process. Once you have finished all editing, select the state name to return to the State Plan [main (or home)] page.
You have successfully modified your narrative and changed the status to complete.
