The State User Dashboard is the state employee’s main page. You see this page when you select ‘My Plans’ in the menu from anywhere in the portal.

Under ‘My Plans,’ you can search for plans using filters. These filters include:

  • Keyword
  • Plan status
  • Approval Status
  • Year (required)

The other available options in the menu are ‘Resources,’ ‘User Requests’ (available only to approvers), and ‘Contact Us.’

  • The ‘Resources’ option provides a variety of materials available to the public about the WIOA state plans and the organizations that work together to create them.
  • The ‘User Requests’ option is permission based, displaying only for staff who are assigned to review/approve/adjust account access for the portal.
  • The ‘Contact Us’ option opens a contact form.
    • If you need help using the portal, it is recommended to review the job aids first, available through the ‘Resources’ option.
    • If you still need assistance with a specific process in the portal, you can select 'Help' in the menu.

When you select a state plan, the state dashboard displays the following information of the plan:

  • Buttons to View and Export the plan.
  • The title of the state plan in large bold text, followed by an indicator of ‘C’ for Combined or ‘U’ for Unified plan structure, and the plan status.
  • Your current view ‘Home / Plan Name and Year’.
  • If your plan has been submitted, the ‘Timeline’ displays the date of submission, days left to approve plan, and deadline date.
  • Under ‘Progress,’ the percentage of sections in status ‘Section Complete’ is displayed inside a colored bar.
  • ‘Section Status Breakdown’ displays percentage of sections in status of Complete and Draft.
  • Under ‘Plan Content,’ you see all the sections of the State Plan listed.
  • ‘Recent Activity’ displays any recent activity to sections you access;
    • View user’s name, title, action, linked sections, and date/time stamp of activity.
    • Selecting the ‘View All Activity’ link to the right jumps to a separate view of all recent activity to your state plan. Select ‘My Plans’ in the menu to return to the state dashboard from the Activity Page.
  • Link to Return to top.
