Resubmitting Sections

The Big Submitter for the Common Elements, while State Program Director for program-specific sections must update the status a second time to resubmit the Section for ‘Federal Review.’

You must have completed the steps for Completing a Corrected Section before you can complete the process below. 

  1. Below the section title, select the '+' to expand the 'Change the status of this Section' box.
     The 'Change the status of this section' box is expanded and the option is selected and outlined in a green box green that reads, 'Update the status to 'Section in Federal Review.''
  2. Select the option to 'Update the status to 'Section in Federal Review'.'
  3. Select ‘Make this Change.’ A confirmation message is displayed, confirming the status change.

⚠️ The following notifications will be sent when you change the status of sections to ‘Section in Federal Review.’

  • Updating the status of the Common Elements section to ‘Section in Federal Review’ sends a notification to the Big Submitter and Federal Panel Lead for your state.
  • Updating the status to ‘Section in Federal Review’ sends a notification to the Big Submitter and Federal Program Specialist of the program-specific sections of your state.
