Exporting a Plan

To export a plan to a PDF read-only format, follow the steps below.

  1. Under “My Plans,” search for the state name (you must select the name from the Keyword drop down list). Optionally, select these fields:
    • Plan Status
    • Approval Status
    • Year 
  2. Select ‘Filter.’
  3. From the results list, select the plan name to open it.
  4. Select the blue ‘Export’ link/button to export the plan's PDF. Follow any instructions to download the exported plan.

Option: Export a section's PDF.
From the plan dashboard, open a section by selecting the section's arrow. From the section dashboard, select the blue ‘Export’ link/button to export the PDF of that section. Follow any instructions to download the exported plan.

⚠️ Note: If you are exporting a 2016 or 2018 plan, please download the PDF from the Home page by selecting state plan and year from the drop-down list instead of exporting from within the plan.
