Goals and priorities contained in this Plan are based on an analysis of performance on program standards, internal Quality Assurance reviews, Office Of Legislative Affairs July 2019 audit recommendations, along with other available information on the operation and effectiveness of the VR program, including Customer Satisfaction Surveys, reports from the SRC and findings and recommendations from monitoring activities conducted by RSA under Section 107 of the Act. The goals and priorities are based on the performance accountability measures of section 116 of WIOA.
