Current Narrative:
WorkForce West Virginia displays the complaint system poster in each One-Stop center and on our webpage, which provides information on how to file a complaint. Yearly training on the complaint system is provided and staff have access to the WorkForce Complaint System Manual, the ETA-8429, and the Complaint System Log. When farmworkers arrive in West Virginia, outreach staff provide MSFWs with detailed information on the complaint system during their first outreach visit. On subsequent outreach visits, outreach staff continue to promote the use of the complaint system to MSFWs and they offer workers the opportunity to file complaints.
