Current Narrative:
Indiana is newly assessing the relative distribution of eligible individuals who are formerly incarcerated, now defined a priority level of service for the SCSEP program. To better understand the population of individuals that may be eligible, we have partnered with Indiana Department of Corrections to aggregate data on individuals, 55+, incarcerated and their anticipated release dates. We plan to review this data regularly and work to establish partnerships to connect these eligible individuals to SCSEP and workforce programs and services. The below chart depicts currently anticipated releases over the next three years.
