1 - <p>Vocational Rehabilitation programs are using a phased-in approach to set levels of performance for all primary performance indicators under this Combined State Plan. RSA-TAC-18-01 released January 18, 2018 provides guidance on the requirements for these indicators.&nbsp; No new guidance has been received to date; however the Commission does have baseline data for the Measurable Skill Gains (MSG) rate indicator and will enter into negotiations with RSA for PYs 2020 and 2021. Once an understanding of baselines emerge, ICBVI will be well positioned to develop strategies to improve upon these baseline figures for all performance indicators.</p> 1 + <p>ICBVI and IDVR&nbsp; negotiated levels of performance for MSG’s, and began reporting data in PY2020. In PY 20, the negotiated level of performance was 38.5%.&nbsp; The actual level of performance in PY 2020 for the Title IV programs was 52.6%.</p>

3 - <p>The Department of Labor is a recipient of a Workforce Data Quality Initiative (WDQI) grant and is working with the core programs to develop policy and methods to automate data sharing to help all programs for performance reporting purposes.</p> 3 + <p>In PY 2022, the Title IV programs expect to begin reporting on the remaining performance measures, with the exception of Effectiveness in Serving Employers.</p>

5 + <p>The WIOA Core Partners completed a project in PY 2021which allowed the partners to track co-enrollment data across programs. This project was financed through a Workforce Data Quality Initiative (WDQI) grant.</p>

5 <p>While ICBVI has an agreement to access Idaho’s Statewide Longitudinal Data System (SLDS) in order to pull education related data elements that will allow ICBVI to better understand what factors promote quality sustained competitive integrated employment, unfortunately, the SLDS education data received to this point is not current enough to use for MSG performance.</p> 7 <p>While ICBVI has an agreement to access Idaho’s Statewide Longitudinal Data System (SLDS) in order to pull education related data elements that will allow ICBVI to better understand what factors promote quality sustained competitive integrated employment, unfortunately, the SLDS education data received to this point is not current enough to use for MSG performance.</p>
