<p>IDVR tracks and monitors each employee’s individual training and development. Special emphasis is placed on training in those areas of need as indented by the case file review and emerging field needs and as prioritized by the executive leadership team and the SRC. Additional priorities include training required to maintain CRC and/or LPC certification. Training for staff also includes the following topics: ethics, disability related topics, vocational counseling, assessment, job placement strategies, and assistive technology.</p>
